I spotted this posting on the MozillaWiki today that indicates the upcoming release of Firefox will get a private browsing mode (A.K.A. “Porn Mode”). This is a clear attempt to keep up with Chrome and IE8 who both have private browsing modes so that you can surf for porn without leaving a trace. The word on the street is that the first beta of Firefox 3.1 will hit the streets in October.
