This really isn’t looking good for Samsung. The word is out that US carriers have started to allow their customers to swap the Galaxy Note 7 for any other device that the customer desires. If that’s not bad enough, according to Bloomberg, AT&T is considering stopping all sales and replacements of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 due to ongoing safety issues.
Ouch.
Let’s be frank, the optics suck for Samsung. Given all that has gone on to day, there is no recovery for Samsung as the brand is damaged beyond repair at this point. Meanwhile, you can be sure that there’s a bunch of people at 1 Infinite Loop who are enjoying this.
