From the “why didn’t they think of that sooner?” department comes the Mi Cable Tidy from my friends at Mobilefun. The reason why I think that this is brilliant is that anyone who owns a smartphone needs a place to store it, charge it, or store things like their headsets and plugs for charging purposes. I tested it for a couple of days by using it as a location to charge my iPhone 5 and store my headsets. It has a lot of versatility so that I could store my iPhone 5 vertically or horizontally. I could also hang it off my power plug as well and store my iPhone 5 and headsets by wrapping it around the Mi Cable Tidy and sliding the actual earpieces into the “hands” of the stand. Though I didn’t test this, you can also use it as a stand for your iPad too. Whoever designed this is brilliant as it’s been well thought through and made of plastic that will stand up to daily use.

The price is right at 5 GBP or about $8 US. It comes in your choice of 5 colors. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to use it as a place to store their smartphone and related accessories.
