I just noticed this post on the Vista Team Blog that indicates that users should start seeing SP1 show up in Windows Update starting next week. Not only that, but the Update Product Team Blog notes that the endless reboot problem has been fixed as well. I plan on going to an earlier version of my Vista virtual machine that lives on my MacBook Pro to see the update process at work. If I see anything interesting, I’ll let you know.
