A lawsuit against Microsoft that’s already unveiled several juicy tidbits about the company is on hold according to this article that I found this morning. The class action status of the case is being challenged by Microsoft and as a result, the release of those juicy e-mails that you’ve been reading over the last few weeks are going to stop for a while. Which is good for Microsoft as those e-mails really made them look bad to say the least. One would think that Steve Ballmer was running out of chairs to throw as well.
