I have to learn to read the press releases that companies issue as they contain all sorts of interesting info that the mainstream press tends to miss. Take this tidbit for example. Yahoo President Sue Decker has informed the company she will be resigning after a transitional period. Given that this comes just 24 hours after Carol Bartz takes over as CEO, one has to wonder if Decker isn’t a bit ticked she got the top job at Yahoo. But perhaps I am reading too much into this.
Also of note, Jerry Yang is assuming his previous role of Chief Yahoo…..Whatever the hell that is.
