The good news is that according to the Boy Genius Report, you can get the BlackBerry Z10 in the US. But, there’s a couple of catches. First, it’s available via a carrier named Solavei. Never heard of them? Neither have I until today. That may give you cause to pause. Here’s the other catch:
What’s more, BlackBerry’s Z10 is available with unlimited service and nationwide access to Solavei’s partner 4G networks for just $50 per month. The catch? The Z10 costs $1,000 online from Solavei’s retail partner.
A grand to get the Z10? Seriously? That’s a big dis-incentive to not go for this. But maybe those early adopters will not care. Still, I still say that BlackBerry has to do more to get the Z10 and the Q10 into the US as quickly a possible.
