Two pieces of BlackBerry news hit my desk today.
BlackBerry announced that it will serve as the primary Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution provider for NCG Banco, one of Spain’s leading banks and ATSB, an independent government agency responsible for improving safety in aviation, marine and rail transport in Australia. In addition to implementing BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, ATSB is equipping employees with BlackBerry 10 smartphones to securely manage critical data. NCG has chosen BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 to manage its mixed environment of mobile devices because it provides a high level of control, security and the flexibility required by the organization.
So it seems that BlackBerry is gaining momentum as enterprise accounts have not abandoned the smartphone vendor. Perhaps there is going to be a resurgence of BlackBerry?
