Review: 2015 Mazda3 GT – Part 1
The third of three models from Mazda that I have had the opportunity to look at this month is the 2015 Mazda3 GT. It’s Mazda’s entry in the highly competitive compact car segment. Exterior wise, it looks very sharp:
The Kodo design language really makes the Mazda3 look unique.
From the side, every line and crease looks well integrated with the overall look of the Mazda. The trunk lid spoiler is a nice touch.
There rear end of the car makes a statement to those who are behind you.
I’ll be posting a multi-part review that will cover the following sections:
- Engine, transmission, handling, fuel economy, and driving comfort
- Interior
- Technology in the vehicle
- Wrap up
I’ve only had the Mazda for a very short time, but it’s a very fun car to drive. I’ll go into more detail about that tomorrow when I talk about how the engine and transmission come together with a well designed chassis to give the Mazda3 some “Zoom Zoom. “
