Buddypass is social networking app of a different sort. It up a bit by getting users away from the humdrum virtual life behind a computer screen and out into the real world. Meet your friends or anyone nearby for a shared interest or activity. Buddypass was created not only to bring people together, but to get people doing things together.

Buddypass can be used for a casual meeting and letting you know if there are other Buddypassers within your vicinity who share the same interests and are available to hangout. It can also easily facilitate more organized get-togethers with a group of similar minded people who enjoy anything from outdoor activities, indoor hobbies, or even just getting together for a coffee.
It sounds different than the usual suspects such as Twitter and Facebook. Plus they’re Canadian which always gets my attention. Thus it might be worth a look. Download Buddypass on the App Store and on Google Play.
