Playsmart Labs, a new Toronto-based children’s entertainment company, aims to explore children’s creativity on and off tablets. With the release of the Creativas Design Studio app, the company effectively combines physical art creation and digital play.
The DIY design app, Creativas Design Studio, launches September 2015, just in time to keep kids creative for the back-to-school season! The app invites users to join a group of talented young teenagers who are invited into an elite art school for the best and brightest creative designers. Over the course of fourteen fully animated “appisodes”, kids can follow the Creativas and join the secret society that awards their creativity along the way!
How does it work?
DESIGN clothing using traditional arts and crafts tools – paints, crayons, stencils, or even glitter!
CAPTURE your paper-based creations using Creativas Design Studio photo tool.
PLAY along with Creativas and share your new wardrobe inside the Creativas Design Studio!
