Virgin Mobile Evolves To New Brand: Virgin Plus

Today, Virgin Mobile Canada has officially rebranded as Virgin Plus, a new name and identity that reflects the changing lifestyle of Canadians and the company’s evolving service offerings beyond mobility.

Consumers want value from their service provider, and the introduction of Virgin Plus in Ontario and Quebec ensures consumers in these provinces are aware that they can get three value packed services (mobile + internet + TV) all from one provider. In the rest of Canada, the new brand demonstrates to Canadians that the company is more than a typical mobile provider, offering value-packed plans, Member Benefits, and awesome customer service.

To get the word out, the Long Live Virgin Plus campaign was developed for a variety of channels with agency partner Leo Burnett. ”The Rebranders”, identified by their matching red jumpsuits, criss-crossed the country, conducting bold logo takeovers in their travels, by making the rebrand impossible to miss. Here’s a few examples of that:

New awesome contest celebrates Virgin Plus
