Zoho Canada today announced new procurement qualifications that make its technology more accessible to Canadian governments looking to modernize citizen services and internal operations.
Zoho is now a qualified CRM vendor on Supply Ontario’s Vendor of Record list and is an approved ERP supplier under Canoe Procurement Group of Canada’s ERP Program. At the federal level, Public Services and Procurement Canada has also qualified Zoho Canada to participate in opportunities across all three bands of the Government of Canada’s Artificial Intelligence Source List.
Supporting more connected public services
Zoho’s approach centres on connecting services, workflows, and data on one platform rather than adding more disconnected applications. Municipalities can use Zoho technology across areas including 311 services, permitting and licensing, citizen engagement, case management, analytics, and internal operations.
This approach reflects the broader platform model outlined in Zoho Canada’s public-sector strategy, which emphasizes shared data and cross-departmental workflows as foundations for better citizen experiences while honoring security, access and governance requirements.
Building for the Canadian public sector
Zoho has also launched a dedicated Canadian public sector website outlining its approach to municipal modernization and the ways its technology can support governments as they digitize services.
The company’s public-sector offering brings together multiple applications that enhance citizen and operations experiences, all embedded with Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant. Zoho operates Canadian data centres so citizen data is stored and processed domestically, ensuring data sovereignty is a standard part of the solution, not an add-on.
More information about Zoho’s Canadian public sector solutions is available at Zoho for the Public Sector.
Zoho’s Privacy Pledge
Zoho respects user privacy and does not run on an ad-revenue model in any part of its business, including its free products. The company owns and operates its own data centers, giving it full oversight of customer data privacy and security. More than 150 million users worldwide, across more than 1 million paying organizations, rely on Zoho to run their businesses, including Zoho itself.
