Surprise! Yahoo has announced a reorganization its upper management today. You knew this was coming given that so many have bolted from Yahoo’s ranks recently. Basically, it centralizes power under Jerry Yang and Yahoo President Susan Decker. Yahoo will be making some other changes as well including creating some new groups that will hopefully get it back on track.
One wonders if this is the Yang’s attempt to make a last stand against the ongoing threat of Carl Icahn? That should become evident shortly.
