Clearly someone must have been asleep at the switch in North Carolina because their DMV issued plates to 9999 drivers that started with the letters “WTF”. Now the DMV will swap the plates for free if someone is offended, but you gotta wonder how this ever slipped out in the first place. Oh to top it off, they apparently didn’t learn from their mistake as they now have plates that start with “YBF” which the article says means “You’ve Been F**ked”. But a quick google search also finds a some other really interesting meanings.
