To add to all of the issues that Jerry Yang has (like Carl Icahn and Microsoft for example), it now appears that the Justice Department is going to review the advertising deal that was signed last month between Google and Yahoo. Of course, this report cites “sources familiar with these types of investigations” which means something and nothing at the same time. But if this is true, this would be is bad for Yang’s attempt to save his skin stablize the company.
UPDATE: It seems Microsoft is Interested in Yahoo again. This time it’s trying to bring a few friends to the party.
UPDATE #2: This has now been confirmed by the DOJ and is a rumor no more.
