For a change, Microsoft may have something to cheer about. The Vista Capable lawsuit that has been a thorn in Microsoft’s side for the last little while has lost its class action status. This means that individual customers who are ticked off at Microsoft over Vista will have to sue Microsoft individually.
This is a huge win for Microsoft. Naturally, they are happy about this:
Microsoft spokesman David Bowermaster said in a statement: “We’re pleased that the court granted our motion to decertify the class, leaving only the claims of six individuals. We look forward to presenting our case to the jury, should the plaintiffs elect to pursue their individual claims.”
So the question is, is this lawsuit in any form now DOA? Please leave a comment and let us know your thoughts.
