Good news for Palm lovers in Canada. The Palm Pre will be available through Bell Canada in the second half of the year:
“We’re excited to bring Pre to Canada with Bell Mobility,” said Brodie Keast, senior vice president of marketing for Palm, Inc. “We’ve seen enormous interest from mobile operators worldwide and fully expect to continue to expand distribution for Pre, putting it within reach of more and more customers.”
Great. One thing that should be noted is that the press release is the Pre “will debut in Canada exclusively on Bell.” That to me implies that Telus will get the phone as well. Or perhaps the GSM version of the Pre that nobody can give a straight answer about is headed to Rogers?
Palm, you could do ourselves a favor and clear this up for us.
