Rogers Allows Leafs Fans To Watch Games Online
My “best friends at Rogers” sent me news that will be of interest to Toronto Maple Leafs fans who get their TV service from Rogers. They can now watch games on Rogers On Demand Online. Plus there’s more:
Beginning today, Rogers On Demand Online will be live streaming Sportsnet and Leafs TV games at www.rogersondemand.com/leafs, free, for customers who subscribe to Sportsnet and Leafs TV with their cable package. With all of the regular season games broadcasted on Sportsnet and Leafs TV, plus additional on-demand programming such as Game In Six Minutes or Game In One Hour, RogersOnDemand.com is the place to be for the best Leafs content.
To celebrate, we’ve launched a contest on RedBoard for a chance to win 1 of 10 signed Leafs jerseys. The contest runs until October 24th and all you need to do to enter is leave a comment about your most memorable Leafs moment.
I’m pretty sure that this will generate interest seeing as the Leafs are 2-0-1 so far this season. Of course, if you have another view you can feel free to leave a comment and share your thoughts.

Streaming the game isn’t “Free” if you already subscribe to Sportsnet and Leafs TV. I guess it’s handy of you aren’t at home and want to watch on your computer or smartphone…but there are a lot of sites where you can watch the same games and you don’t have to subscribe.
