Still No Word From Rogers On That Customer Issue…. I Wonder Why They’ve Gone Silent? [UPDATED]

When it comes to that customer issue that I brought to the attention of Rogers, I do have an update. I haven’t heard from Rogers as of yet. The customer is in the midst of preparing a letter to submit to the Privacy Commissioner Of Canada. He also had this to say:

“That’s interesting that they have gone quiet.”

Yes it’s interesting. That does bother me as in the past if I ask for something from Rogers, they have usually responded in a timely manner. When it comes to this issue, it doesn’t seem to be the case. I wonder if I should be reading something into that? I have pinged Rogers for an update. Let’s see what happens.

UPDATE: I posted this at 9:06 PM. Rogers e-mailed me with an apology for not getting back to me sooner and a request to put them in contact with the customer at the center of this at 10:43PM. Hmmm….. I’ve sent the request along to the customer and I will update you with what happens.
