So, just three minutes after receiving news from Telus about the pre-reservations for the Q10 now being available, comes this news from Rogers:
Rogers is proud to announce we will be the first Canadian carrier to bring our customers the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone on the 2600 MHz LTE spectrum band.
The 2600 MHz spectrum band provides faster speeds than any other spectrum in Canada. Rogers has more 2600 MHz spectrum band deployed than any other carrier in Canada.
We’re also proud to announce that we will be offering the device in both black and white. Rogers will be the first Canadian carrier to offer the Q10 in white.
The BlackBerry Q10 smartphone will be arriving at Rogers retail locations across Canada in the coming weeks starting at $199.99 with select three year plans. Current Rogers wireless customers can reserve this device now on the Rogers Reservation System and pre-orders for new customers will be available today at rogers.com/blackberry
So, color choices and a faster spectrum to play in? Hmmm….. Sounds appealing. I’ll take mine in black.
🙂
