The rumors of Apple hitting their high watermark are clearly exaggerated.
Apple sold 9 million iPhones this past weekend which is a new record. The company in their press release didn’t break down how many of those were 5S or 5C models. But in my opinion, a lot were 5S models as Apple noted that the demand has exceeded the initial supply. As for iOS 7, according to Apple, 200 million iDevices are running the new mobile OS which makes this the fastest OS upgrade ever. Pretty staggering if you ask me. This pretty much cements Apple as being the most popular smartphone vendor on Earth. No wonder Samsung had spies in the lineups for iPhones.
