Apple Replacing Faulty MacBook Air Drives

If you have a MacBook Air, you might want to pay attention to this story.

If you bought your MacBook Air between  June 2012 through June 2013, and you have a 64GB or 128GB flash drive, it may need to be replaced according to an Apple document that was posted late last week. To find out if you’re affected, surf to  the MacBook Air Flash Storage Firmware Update 1.1 and use it to determine whether or not your MacBook Air is affected by this. If this finds that your MacBook Air is affected, the drive will be replaced for free.

As always, back up your data before doing anything.
