Telus announced that the Telus appointment service launched in Ontario earlier this year is now available nationally at TELUS.
The program offers customers the opportunity to schedule in-store appointments with sales representatives regarding activations, renewals and repairs in advance of coming in-store. This process not only ensures that customers are able to see representatives at a designated time of their choosing, it allows our team to familiarize themselves with the customer’s specific account and needs in advance, providing a better, more productive experience. The ways that customers benefit from this service include:
- Avoid waiting in lines
- Dedicated representative providing a personalized and tailored experience
- Increased convenience and flexibility
The complimentary appointments can be booked online at telus.com/appointments and in-stores. The appointment service is an extension to our learning centres services which can be booked at telus.com/learn.
