I am a big F1 fan and I’ve noticed for a while that Darktrace has been a significant sponsor of the McLaren F1 team. So when Darktrace recently announced that it is extending its partnership with McLaren Racing and embarking on a new sponsorship of the Arrow McLaren SP. It got my attention.
As the auto industry continues to adapt and the use of connected cars expands, it’s integral to consider how the smart features built into advanced cars exposes them to serious cyber threats. Darktrace’s Cyber AI autonomously detects, investigates, and responds to fast-moving cyberthreats in real time across diverse digital environments, including cloud-based software and email. The technology is used by McLaren’s technology and security teams to help defend against advanced cyberthreats.
I look forward to seeing what this new partnership does for both parties going forward.
