I found it humorous that on that landing page for Microsoft Office on the Microsoft website, that there’s a picture of a Mac notebook running Office 2007 for Windows. While it is possible for Macs to run Windows software using a variety of easy to use methods, it is a bit surprising that the site doesn’t feature a laptop from one of Microsoft’s more traditional and friendly hardware partners. I wonder if there’s a subtle message here, or did someone really screw up.
I’m guessing that somebody in the graphic design department or the web department at Microsoft is about to get a visit from Ballmer with a chair in his hands.
