Macs Sweep PC Magazine’s Service And Reliablity Study…. Ballmer Is Going To Flip When He Hears About This!

Apple must really be doing something right because they have managed to win every single category in PC Magazine’s Service And Reliability Study. The MacBook line earned an overall score of 9.2 out of 10 and a very high 9.4 out of 10 “would recommend” score. The iPhone got a 9.0 score which trashed Research in Motion whose BlackBerries had a 7.9 score. Apple scored a 9.1 score overall and a 9.2 recommendation score in the desktop category, but only narrowly won the media player category with a Apple’s iPod scored an 8.5 score which was only a tenth higher than the Microsoft Zune.

Because of this, you can expect two thing:

  1. A new Apple advert highlighting this to be appearing on-line or on TV shortly.
  2. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer throwing a chair in frustration across his office.
