Remember that fight between Apple and Nokia who are currently suing each other over various patent violations? Well according to Reuters, a judge in Delaware has put this whole circus on hold while the International Trade Commission looks into Apple’s complaints against Nokia. This review should take 45 days, and then we’ll see what happens next. Nokia could settle or this lawsuit could move forward. I guess this will keep the iLawyers busy considering that they have other legal fights at the moments.
