Here we go again.
Apple’s iLawyers have decided to once again file suit against HTC for patent infringement. It appears that two new patents are being added to the bunch that were in the last lawsuit. I’m not finding any official comment at this time from Apple or HTC, but when I see it, I will post it. The interesting thing about this is that just like the last lawsuit, it appears to be targeting Google by using HTC as a proxy. One wonders why they just don’t sue Google directly and get it over with.
Oh well, we’ll see you in court.
