BlackBerry Q10 To Hit Canadian Carriers On May 1st

If you’re Canadian and you’ve been wanting to get your hands on a BlackBerry Q10, your day is coming. Mark down May 1st as that’s the day you’ll be able to score one from either Telus or Rogers. First, here’s what Telus had to say (as they were first in my inbox with a note on this):

The BlackBerry Q10 will indeed be available at TELUS on May 1, 2013. In the meantime, customers can pre-order the BlackBerry Q10 now on www.telusmobility.com/BlackBerryQ10and can expect to receive their devices starting May 1.  BlackBerry Q10 will be available in black on TELUS’ blazing fast 4G LTE network for $199 on a 3-year term or $700 outright with a month-to-month plan.

And now, here’s what Rogers had to say:

The Rogers BlackBerry Q10 is made to run on the 2600 MHz LTE spectrum, Canada’s fastest wireless internet and Rogers customers will be the first to be able to grab a BlackBerry Q10 smartphone in white if they so desire.

Rogers customers can reserve the device on Rogers.com/BlackBerry

I’ve requested one for review purposes, so keep your eyes out for that. In the meantime, make sure that you hit your preferred carrier on May 1st to get yours.
