iOS 10 Zero Day Exploits Are Worth $1.5 Million

If you’re an iDevice user, here’s an incentive to install iOS 10. Zero Day exploits, as ones that have no countermeasure are now worth $1.5 million to Zerodium which is a firm who’s clients are mostly North American governments and corporations, and a few government agencies in “allied countries.” Whatever that means:

If you go to the link in the tweet, you’ll see that Android exploits are only worth $200,000. So, why is that? It kind of implies that iOS 10 is more secure than Android, thus the exploits are worth more. Perhaps that’s an incentive to use iOS 10? At least until an epic exploit appears for that mobile OS.
