The folks over at Apple Park have pretty much abandoned any pretense of trying to compete in the sub $1000 CDN phone market. Perhaps it’s because they are trying to cash in on their line of flagship phones. Or perhaps because companies like ASUS and their budget offering which is the ASUS ZenFone 5Q is so good that they might as well not even try to compete against them. I say that because the 5Q is feature packed, has a great screen, has great battery life, speedy, and has four cameras that allow you to take some impressive pictures. And all of this is priced at roughly just over $400 which is impressive. For being able to bring this sort of package to market at that price, the ASUS ZenFone 5Q is a deserving winner of the IT Nerd Award For Best Smartphone Of 2018.
