I’ve written about Prezi before and up until now, if you wanted to use their cutting edge product on the road, you needed to be an iOS user. That’s changed today as the company has announced an Android version of their app. Key features include:
- Cloud syncing – Always have the most current version of your prezi, no matter which device it was last worked on.
- Remote mobile presenting – Invite up to 30 people to a presentation that you can deliver even away from your office.
- On-the-go access anytime, from anyplace – Full access to saved prezis, prezis found online and those shared by others.
- Offline access to recently used prezis and to other prezis for inspiration – No Internet connection required, so you can practice on the way to your presentation using your Android device.
The company also notes that it loads faster and smoother than the IOS app. It sounds like it will be a big hit with existing Prezi users on the Android platform who want on the go access to their presentations.
The Prezi app for Android can be downloaded free from the Google Play store today. I’ve also linked to a video showing the app in action.

Prezi Surpasses One Billion Views and 60 Million Customers…. And Partners With Logitech
Posted in Commentary with tags Prezi on September 20, 2015 by itnerdPrezi, the presentation platform that helps people connect more powerfully with their audiences, announced it now has more than 60 million users worldwide, that it has the world’s largest public database of presentations–over 190 million public prezis– and that its community’s prezis have been viewed over one billion times. That’s mind blowing if I may say so. For more information on customers using Prezi, please visit https://prezi.com/customers/
Prezi also announced a new co-marketing relationship with Logitech, a leading manufacturer of wireless presenters. Over time, the companies plan to work together on joint marketing activities and integrated solutions that will enable people to create and give more engaging and captivating presentations. This should help them keep on this amazing trajectory that they’re on.
I’ve written about them in the past several times and given these events, I fully expect to be writing about them in the future.
