Covenant House Toronto’s Main Mission Charity Event is a month-long premiere gaming and esports fundraising initiative starting on March 7, 2022, until April 2, 2022. The event will bring together professional gamers, content creators, casual streamers and their audiences. Through charity livestreams on behalf of Covenant House, participants will help raise funds and awareness for at risk youth, youth experiencing homelessness, and survivors of sex trafficking.
As mentioned above, this is a month-long initiative where participants can get involved with many activities, prizes and opportunities to raise funds, including:
- Tournaments
- Community stream-a-thons
- Corporate fundraising campaigns
- Co-branded activations
- Giveaways
- And more!
Main Mission allows for everyday people to be heroes, simply by doing what they love; playing video games, watching people stream video games and creating digital content. All of this to help change the lives of the youth Covenant House Toronto serves.
